Repliq: AI software for Google review management

Repliq was created to solve a concrete operational problem: turning a new review into a useful draft that a business can review and publish without losing its voice. It is not a replacement for local policy, legal review, or customer-service judgment.

What is Repliq?

Repliq is Google Business Profile review-management software that uses AI to prepare a personalized draft for each synced review within your plan quota in your business's brand voice. You can review, edit, and publish each draft, or turn on Autopilot when that option is configured.

Works with Google Business Profile. Publish directly through Google's official API. No scraping.

The essentials in 4 points

  1. 1. Automatic AI replies

AI review management uses the review text and your configured brand voice to propose a draft. The person responsible for the business can review, edit, and decide when to publish it.

  2. 2. Autopilot with a safety filter

When enabled and available on your plan, Autopilot automatically publishes low-risk replies so you're not reviewing every single one. One- and two-star reviews, and any case with sensitive language, are always held back so you make the final call.

  3. 3. No annual contract

Repliq offers Free, Pro, and MAX with public quotas and clear billing cycles. MAX adds up to 3 locations and team access; its checkout depends on Stripe catalog verification. Check the pricing page for current terms.

  4. 4. For all types of local businesses

Built for restaurants, clinics, hotels, auto shops, salons, gyms, real-estate teams, vets, pharmacies, and other local businesses with a Google Business Profile.

Company and scope

Repliq is a DS BUSINESS project. Company, support, and public-profile information should be taken only from the official channels that are available, rather than inferred from third-party listings.

How Repliq makes decisions

Repliq is designed to remove mechanical work without hiding who is responsible. The product syncs a review, prepares a draft from authorized context, and lets the business define the boundary between review and publication. That boundary is part of the product promise: automation should remain explainable and reversible.

  • AI drafts use the review text, the configured tone, and context the business has authorized; the system should not invent facts, compensation, or outcomes.
  • The safety filter holds one- and two-star reviews and cases with sensitive language so a person can review the reply before it is published.
  • The current scope is centered on Google Business Profile; check the product's official pages for current quotas, integrations, and terms before enabling a workflow.
  • Before connecting an account, confirm that the authorizing person, selected Google Business Profile, billing plan, and publication rules match the business's current operating policy.

What the public documentation covers

The public site explains the intended workflow, product limits, pricing surfaces, safety controls, and Google-supported context. It does not promise rankings, review outcomes, or automatic approval for every case; those depend on the business, its profile, and current provider policies.
