Product and how it works
What exactly does Repliq do?
Repliq connects to your Google Business Profile, reads synced new reviews, and generates AI response drafts within your plan quota. You review and edit them before publishing, or enable Autopilot to publish according to its settings.
How do I get started with Repliq?
Once invited, you create your account and connect your Google Business Profile in a few steps. When Repliq syncs your next review, you'll have a draft ready to review and approve.
What happens to reviews I had before connecting my account?
They're imported when you connect your profile. You can also generate drafts for the ones you never responded to. It's optional, you decide which ones to publish.
How often does Repliq sync new reviews?
Every 2 hours, so a new review reaches your review queue (or goes through Autopilot) without sitting publicly unanswered for hours.
Does it respond in the language each review was written in?
Yes. Repliq automatically detects each review's language and generates the response in that same language.
Does the AI sound robotic?
It shouldn't. Repliq uses your approved responses as in-context examples to guide new drafts, or you can manually configure whether your business sounds warm, professional or direct. You can always edit the draft before publishing.
Autopilot and response safety
What is Autopilot?
It's the mode where Repliq publishes generated responses automatically, without you having to manually review each one.
Can Autopilot publish something I wouldn't want?
Autopilot includes a safety filter: any review with legally risky language (threats, discrimination, injury claims, food poisoning claims) is held for manual review, regardless of its star rating.
Can I turn off Autopilot and review each response myself?
Yes. You can review and approve every draft manually at any time, or switch between manual review and Autopilot whenever you want.
Can I manage multiple locations or businesses from the same account?
Not yet. Repliq currently supports one Google Business Profile location per account. If you have multiple locations, each one needs its own account.
What kind of business can use Repliq?
Any local business with a Google Business Profile location that receives reviews. Restaurants, clinics, repair shops, hair salons, hotels, gyms, real estate agencies and similar businesses.

How much does Repliq cost?
Free includes 5 AI generations per month; Pro starts at €39/month on monthly billing, with discounts for quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing.

A number of AI-generated responses based on your contracted cycle, 500 per month, 1,500 per quarter, 3,000 per half-year or 6,000 per year, that doesn't expire within the cycle.
What happens if I run out of quota before my cycle ends?
Repliq stops generating new responses until the next cycle starts, at which point the quota renews automatically.
Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?
None. Cancel anytime from the panel in one click, at no extra cost.
What happens to my account if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access until the end of the already-paid period. After that, the account stops generating new responses until you reactivate the plan.
How is payment processed?
Through Stripe, with TLS encryption. Repliq does not store your card data.
Account, security and privacy
Is it safe to connect my Google account?
Yes. Repliq uses official Google OAuth 2.0. It never sees or stores your password. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Can I revoke Repliq's access to my Google account?
Yes, at any time, from your Google account settings.
Can I delete my account and my Repliq data?
Yes, self-service from the panel. It's your right to erasure under GDPR/LOPDGDD. Deleting your account cascades to remove all associated businesses and reviews.
Do I need to cancel my subscription before deleting my account?
Yes, if you have an active or trial subscription. Cancel it first to avoid being charged with no account left to receive the service.
Comparison and fit
How is Repliq different from Birdeye or Podium?
In price (€39/month vs. $299-399/month) and in the focused workflow: Pro lets you enable Autopilot with a legal safety filter, while Free remains manual. In exchange, Repliq doesn't offer unified messaging or multi-location management, which are the focus of Birdeye and Podium.
Does Repliq let me display reviews on my own website?
No. Repliq generates and publishes responses on Google. It's not a review-display widget like EmbedSocial.
What review platforms does Repliq support?
Today, only Google Business Profile.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Repliq is 100% web-based. It doesn't require installing any software or plugin.
