The beta is closed and invitation-only. Join the waitlist here; once you receive a code, you can create your account, connect Google, and review your first drafts.
We import them when you connect your account. Ones you never replied to can also get drafts (it's optional). You decide which ones to publish.
It should not sound mechanical. Repliq uses your approved replies as in-context examples to guide new drafts; this is not permanent model training. If you have no examples yet, choose a preset tone. You can always edit before publishing.
Autopilot can be enabled on Pro. You can let it publish automatically or review every draft. With Autopilot on, Repliq detects risky reviews (legal threats, sensitive language) and holds them for manual review, regardless of star rating. Free keeps manual publishing.

Yes. We use official OAuth 2.0. We never store your password. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Yes. Repliq adapts the tone to your business type. The review management software works especially well in restaurants (high daily review volume), healthcare (empathetic tone and privacy), hospitality (multilingual tourist comments), and auto shops or local retail.
1-2 star reviews are never published automatically: they're held for your manual review. The AI generates an empathetic draft adapted to the type of complaint (service, wait time, price, etc.), but you decide whether to publish it, edit it, or discard it.
