We import them when you connect your account. Ones you never replied to can also get drafts (it's optional). You decide which ones to publish.

It should not sound mechanical. Repliq uses your approved replies as in-context examples to guide new drafts; this is not permanent model training. If you have no examples yet, choose a preset tone. You can always edit before publishing.

Autopilot can be enabled on Pro or MAX once your Google Business Profile location is connected and there's quota left in the cycle. You can let it publish automatically or review every draft. With Autopilot on, Repliq detects risky reviews (legal threats, sensitive language) and holds them for manual review, regardless of star rating. 1- and 2-star reviews are always held for your manual review. Free keeps manual publishing.

Synced reviews and your replies are stored in your workspace so you can review and audit them. The public demo does not save its text to your account. To create a draft, Repliq sends the necessary context to its AI service; see the Privacy Policy for the applicable purposes, providers and retention periods.

Before you confirm, Checkout shows the plan, billing cycle and applicable amount. The subscription renews on the cycle you choose; you can cancel from Billing and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If tax or fiscal information applies, Checkout should show it before confirmation.

You can contact Repliq through the support channel shown in the app and footer. OAuth, sync, AI and payment states show the next step or a retry when one is available. The landing page does not promise a response SLA; any contractual commitment must be provided in writing.

The app offers CSV review export from the workspace area and lets you request account deletion from your profile. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; see the Privacy Policy for its scope and any legally required retention exceptions.
