2. Purpose and terms of use
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website repliq.app (the “Site”) and the platform accessible from it.
Accessing and using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. The owner reserves the right to modify this legal notice, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, by publishing changes on the Site itself.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, source code, trademark, logo, design, text, images, graphics and other content on the Site belong to Repliq or its licensors, and are protected under Spanish and EU intellectual and industrial property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, Law 24/2015 on Patents, Directive 2001/29/EC).
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without the owner's express written authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
4. Limitation of liability
The owner is not liable for damages arising from access to or use of the Site, nor for its unavailability or lack of continuity, except in cases of intent or gross negligence attributable to the owner.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The owner does not control and is not responsible for the content of such sites.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes arising from use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent Courts under applicable regulations, without prejudice to any mandatory venue that may apply to the user as a consumer under art. 90.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
6. Data protection
Processing of personal data arising from access to and use of the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
