Terms and Conditions of Use

Under art. 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), here are the provider's details:

These terms govern access to and use of the Repliq platform. The service is aimed at companies, freelancers and professionals managing one or more locations on Google Business Profile (“non-consumer” users within the meaning of art. 3 of RDL 1/2007, when acting within their professional activity). If you are an individual acting outside your professional activity, you can also use the service and will be entitled to the additional consumer rights provided under Spanish law.

By registering or using the service you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Repliq offers a Free plan and a Pro plan with several billing cycles:

• — Free plan, €0/month: Up to 5 AI-generated replies per month, basic context, manual review and publication, 1 business. Pro plan, from €39/month:::Up to 500 AI generations on the monthly cycle, optional Autopilot, advanced brand voice, advanced analytics, and 1 business.
• — Available billing cycles: Monthly (€39), Quarterly (€105, 10% discount), Semi-annual (€194, 17% discount), Annual (€360, 23% discount). VAT rates and price levels reflect Spanish/EU tax law and may differ for customers outside the EU.

Prices shown on the website and in these terms include Spain's standard 21% VAT rate. For customers in other EU member states acting as businesses (with a valid intra-community VAT number), the service may be subject to the reverse-charge mechanism under Directive 2006/112/EC; in that case an invoice will be issued without Spanish VAT and the customer must self-assess the tax in their own country. Customers outside the EU may be subject to different tax treatment under their local law.

Payments are processed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each contracted period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, depending on the chosen cycle). Invoices are issued electronically by email in compliance with Spanish invoicing regulations (Royal Decree 1619/2012 and art. 164 of Law 37/1992 on VAT).

Under Spanish and EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14 calendar-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the service contract.

Under art. 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, this right does not apply once the consumer has given express consent for performance of the digital service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledging that they thereby lose that right.

On the registration form, the user gives this express, unambiguous consent by checking the dedicated checkbox provided for that purpose. The service begins to be performed from the moment the subscription is activated.

Nevertheless, you may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel and will retain full access until the end of the period already paid, at no additional charge.

Cancellation is done from the billing panel, effective at the end of the already-invoiced period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods, except where required by law.

The user agrees to use Repliq exclusively to manage the online reputation of businesses they own or are expressly authorized to manage. The following is strictly prohibited:

• — Posting misleading, defamatory or slanderous responses, or responses that violate Google's policies.
• — Impersonating third parties.
• — Using the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order or morality.
• — Attempting to access accounts or data belonging to others.
• — Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code.

Repliq reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without any right to a refund.

Repliq's software, trademark, logo, design and editorial content are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected under Spanish and EU law. Responses generated by the AI based on the user's reviews belong to the user. Repliq does not claim any rights over the generated content.

Repliq does not guarantee that AI-generated responses are perfect, nor that Google Maps will publish them without restriction under its own policies. The user is responsible for reviewing and approving responses before publication (except when Autopilot is enabled, in which case the user assumes that responsibility).

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence attributable to Repliq, and within the limits permitted by applicable law, Repliq's total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

Repliq may modify these terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of the consumer's domicile, under art. 90.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

For out-of-court dispute resolution, consumers can use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
