AI-powered Google review management software for hotels
A hotel with normal occupancy gets dozens of Google reviews a month. Every guest expects a reply that acknowledges their specific experience, cleanliness, breakfast, noise, not a copy-pasted formula. Writing that by hand, every day, adds up to hours you'd rather spend on hotel operations.
What is Google review management for Hotels?
Google review management for Hotels means monitoring, replying to, and analyzing the ratings your customers leave on your Google Business Profile. For a AI-powered Google review management for hotels business, that means replying in an industry-appropriate tone, avoiding sensitive information, and using a process that lets you review delicate cases. Repliq automates part of this workflow with AI and generates a draft for each synced review within your plan quota.
The real challenge at hotels:
A complaint about breakfast or nighttime noise deserves a reply that acknowledges the specific issue and explains what you'll do about it. Not a generic “thanks for your feedback” that's clearly copy-pasted onto every review.
How Repliq helps
Acknowledges each guest's specific detail
The draft addresses what the review actually says (quiet room, breakfast service, cleanliness) instead of repeating the same generic reply on all of them.
Professional, consistent tone
The AI uses the replies you approve as in-context examples and keeps that same register in every new draft, without sounding robotic or too casual.
Safety filter for sensitive reviews
If a review alleges an incident (injury, theft, discrimination), Repliq holds it for manual review instead of publishing automatically, regardless of rating. 1- and 2-star reviews are always held for your manual review.
Reviews synced every 2 hours
Guests leave reviews at any hour, often right after check-out. Repliq syncs new ones every 2 hours, so the draft is ready without you having to check Google Business Profile manually.
Example: review about breakfast
ORIGINAL REVIEW
★★★☆☆ “Clean hotel, great location. Breakfast has little variety for the price.”
GENERATED REPLY (example)
“Thank you so much for staying with us and for valuing the location and cleanliness. We've noted your feedback about breakfast variety. We'll review it with our catering team. We hope to welcome you back.”
Example: review about the room on arrival
ORIGINAL REVIEW
★☆☆☆☆ “We arrived and the room wasn't ready, we had to wait over an hour at the front desk.”
GENERATED REPLY (example)
“We're very sorry for the wait upon arrival. That's not the welcome we want to offer. We'll review room-turnaround times with our front-desk team so this doesn't happen again. Thank you for sharing your experience.”
These are just two examples: the system can reuse replies your team approves as context to guide the next drafts toward the tone they want to maintain, whether the review is praise or a complaint.
Multi-location
Repliq currently supports one location per account. If your chain has several hotels, each one needs its own account. There's no centralized multi-location management yet.
Price
€39/mo (€30/mo on the annual cycle). Free includes 5 AI generations per month and manual publishing. Pro adds higher quotas, optional Autopilot, and safety filters. No lock-in.

These are the most common questions from hotels and chains evaluating Repliq to manage their property's Google reviews.
How often does Repliq sync my hotel's new reviews?
Repliq syncs new reviews from your Google Business Profile listing every 2 hours. You don't need to check Google for an unanswered review, even during high season.
What happens if a guest reports a theft or food poisoning in their review?
Autopilot's safety filter detects legally risky language, threats, discrimination, allegations of injury, poisoning or harm, and holds that review for you to review manually, regardless of star rating. 1- and 2-star reviews are always held for your manual review. That way no sensitive review publishes without a human seeing it first.
Can I review the reply before it publishes?
Yes. By default you review and edit every draft and publish with one click. If you'd rather not review each one, you can turn on Autopilot so they publish on their own. Except those held by the safety filter. This gives you full control while you decide whether to trust Autopilot for your hotel.
My hotel belongs to a chain with several properties, can I manage them all from one account?
Not yet. Repliq currently supports one Google Business Profile location per account, so each hotel in the chain needs its own account. Something to keep in mind if your chain grows and you want to centralize review management across properties.
How many AI replies does the plan include and what happens if I go over the quota?
The PRO plan includes an AI reply quota based on the billing cycle (for example, 500/month on the monthly cycle). The chosen cycle, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, determines the size of that quota, which doesn't expire within the contracted period and renews each cycle.
